Visualization of Legal Entity Relationships

We turn millions of rows of data into a clear, interactive graph of ownership and affiliation.

Visualization of Legal Entity Relationships

The problem we solve

Hidden ties between companies and founders create risks for investors, banks, and partners.

Our module turns millions of rows of data into a clear interactive graph that reveals ownership chains, affiliations, and participation history in organizations.

It is not just a picture, but a tool for assessing financial stability, identifying conflicts of interest, and preventing fraudulent schemes.

How it works

As part of the company data aggregation project, we developed:

Dynamic Relationship Graph

Nodes represent companies and founders, while edges show relationships such as owner, director, or founder. Pagination plus on-demand loading allows the graph to scale without overloading the interface even for complex structures. Clicking a node opens a card with key data: finances, status, and change history.

Reliability Scoring

Algorithms assess relationship depth, the number of affiliated parties, and involvement in bankruptcies. The more complex and closed the graph is, the higher the risk of company unreliability.

Integration with the Core System

Relationship data is updated automatically whenever information changes in the aggregator.
